How We Rank Online Casinos

Our methodology, our conflicts, and our record — all in one place.

Every number, every process, every commercial relationship. If you want to know how this site works, this page has the answer.

Scoring Weights

Once an operator clears the licence gate, it is scored on five factors. The weights below are the actual multipliers applied in our scoring rubric — they are not approximate, and they do not change between operators. Every operator is scored on the same sheet before anyone checks whether we have a commercial relationship with them.

How We Test

Every review on this site is based on a live, funded account opened by a member of our team. We do not rely on operator-supplied data, PR materials, or demo accounts. Our process for each full review:

  • Real accounts, own funds. We deposit our own money using payment methods available to Filipino players — GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and where available, credit card. We do not accept free credits or test accounts from operators.
  • Documented withdrawal requests. Every withdrawal we initiate is logged with the date, amount, method, and time-to-completion. These logs are the primary source for payout scores and are retained internally. If we quote a withdrawal time in a review, it comes from this log — not from the operator's stated policy.
  • Support tested at off-peak hours. We contact support via live chat and email during late-night and early-morning Philippine time, when response quality is most likely to degrade. Tickets are submitted in both English and Filipino. We record first-response time and whether the issue was resolved without escalation.
  • KYC tested at withdrawal stage. We intentionally trigger the verification process by requesting a withdrawal, rather than submitting documents pre-emptively. This reflects the experience of a typical player and captures the full verification timeline.
  • Bonus terms read in full. We read the complete terms and conditions for every bonus we list — including the linked PDF or sub-page versions that many players never see. Scores reflect what the terms actually say, not what the headline offer implies.

Our Commercial Relationships

We have affiliate agreements with every operator listed on this site. When you click through to an operator and sign up, we receive a commission. We are telling you this plainly because you should know it, and because burying it in a disclosure footer does not count as transparency.

Why our commission rate does not affect rankings — and the mechanism that enforces this:

Rankings are produced using a scoring rubric applied by a reviewer who, at the time of scoring, does not have access to the commercial terms for that operator. The rubric produces a numerical score. That score determines position. Commercial terms — including commission rate, minimum traffic guarantees, and any performance bonuses — are held in a separate document and are not visible to the reviewer during the scoring session.

The person who negotiates affiliate deals is not the person who scores operators. These roles are separated by design. After scores are finalised and positions are set, the commercial document is reconciled — but positions are not adjusted as part of that reconciliation. If we ever change a position for a commercial reason, that change would appear in the ranking change log below, and the reason would have to be stated publicly.

We accept no payment for positive reviews, no "sponsored" ranking positions, and no early access to review scores by operators. Operators cannot purchase a higher position, a better score, or the removal of a negative finding from a review.

Review Cadence

Reviews are not published once and left to age. Here is what we check, and how often.

Licences — Monthly

We cross-check every listed operator against PAGCOR's published accredited-operator list each month. Lapses are actioned immediately, not at the next scheduled full review.

Full Reviews — Quarterly

Every listed operator receives a complete re-test of all five scoring factors every quarter: a new withdrawal, a new support contact, and a fresh read of the terms. Scores are updated from the test data.

Bonus Terms — Monthly

Bonus offers and their terms change frequently. We check listed bonus terms against the operator's live T&Cs each month and update descriptions where they have changed. Wagering requirements and caps are re-verified from the source document.
